    What information do we collect?

    The only information that we gather from you is when you register on the site, place an order, or through communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. The purpose of gathering this information is solely to process orders effectively and to communicate with you. We do not share, sell or lend customer information to any third party and your information remains confidential to Wear To Buy.

    When ordering or registering on the site (for example for our newsletter), we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information.


    How do we use your information?

    We may use the information we gather from you when you register, purchase products, participate in a promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features for the sole purpose of improving your experience on the website. This includes benefits in the following ways:

    We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a very limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information during your online transactions, which means it cannot be intercepted by outside parties, guaranteed. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays safe and out of malicious hands. This technology is considered the gold standard for security in the industry and is used to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible.     We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

    Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

     

    All international purchases are subject to customs fees/duties incurred by your country.  These fees are beyond Wear To Buy's control and are not included in the purchase/shipping price you pay to us. The customs fees are paid to your country's local customs office/post office. Duties/fees are generally based on the value of the item, weight, dimension, shipping cost. Note that when we offer our Free First Class promotion, you may see this cost integrated into your customs fees (even though you did not pay that cost to us). This is at the discretion of your country's customs office. Contact your local customs office/post office with any questions as we cannot estimate what this cost would be to you.

     

    Please note that all First Class and Flat Rate international shipping DO NOT include a tracking number per the US post office. Wear To Buy will send you only a customs form number. According to the US post office, First Class delivery shipments may experience a longer delivery time. Delivery time varies from country to country, and an estimated time cannot be given by the USPS.

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
